Plasma Creations LLC started in 2015 by Jimmy Faucett turning his hobby into a business with his passion for creating things out of metal. Over the years we’ve built anything from custom golf carts, furniture, offroad trucks, full 4 link suspension, 4 wheel steer, roll cages, custom LED signs, and more. We specialize in creating one-off custom pieces and products.
Our process starts with either a custom design or one of our ready-to-order designs. If you request a custom design, we begin by creating a digital mockup of your design for you to approve or request changes to. Once you approve the design, we bring it to life with our waterjet cutter. The waterjet cutter is an industrial grade tool used to cut materials with a stream of high-pressure water. It works by combining a pressurized stream of water with an abrasive material, such as garnet, to cut through materials like metal, stone, plastics, and composites. This process is done without generating heat or leaving a burr, so it is a clean and precise way
to cut materials. The water stream is typically between 20,000 and 60,000 PSI, which is strong enough to cut through extremely hard materials like the metal we use to make our signs and other products. The waterjet also has the ability to cut smooth curves and complex shapes with ease, giving it an advantage over other cutting methods. You can think of the waterjet cutter as essentially an accelerated version of erosion that happens naturally to rocks or other hard substances.
We house an Omax 60120 Waterjet capable of cutting virtually anything! Waterjet is extremely accurate and can cut with tolerance levels up to .003. It machines a wide range of materials and thicknesses, from metals and composites to glass and plastics. It leaves behind a satin-smooth edge, reducing secondary operations. Waterjet cutting does not create heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses. It is an environmentally "green" system that uses only natural garnet abrasive and water during the cutting process.
Capable of cutting 3-D designs and logos into round stock with our rotary attachment.
CNC press brake can bend up to 1in thick plate with our Precision Wila tooling. It has a 12” Throat Depth for forming deep boxes backed by our Premium CNC X, R, Z1/Z2 back gauge, and CNC crowning for producing precision accurate parts. It also has Hydraulic tool clamping to cut down on set up to speed up production time and pass down savings to customers.
WILA tooling allows for tooling for bending all types of sheet metal on any type of press brake.
We have Mig and Tig welders capable of tackling just about any job. We are equipped with : Miller 252 Miller 350P Miller Dynasty 280
Pipe bender can bend from .5in Solid up to 2.5in .120 wall tubing or square stock.
