Our process starts with either a custom design or one of our ready-to-order designs. If you request a custom design, we begin by creating a digital mockup of your design for you to approve or request changes to. Once you approve the design, we bring it to life with our waterjet cutter. The waterjet cutter is an industrial grade tool used to cut materials with a stream of high-pressure water. It works by combining a pressurized stream of water with an abrasive material, such as garnet, to cut through materials like metal, stone, plastics, and composites. This process is done without generating heat or leaving a burr, so it is a clean and precise way

Plasma Creations was started in 2015 by Jimmy Faucett when he had the idea of turning his hobby into a business. He started off with buying a 4ftx4ft plasma table and a 55 ton 8ft press brake. In the beginning it started as a side gig that was just enjoyable to test his limits everyday and see how he could turn his business into something bigger. Over the years Plasma Creations has continued to take on larger jobs/projects and it eventually turned into a full time job for Jimmy.
In 2021 we upgraded the 4ftx4ft Plasma Table to a 5x10 60120 Omax Waterjet and upgraded the press brake to a Accurpress CNC 175 ton that is capable of 12ft in length. This has expanded our horizons on jobs that we could now take on as the Plasma table had us limited to what materials it could/could not cut. We have been able to cut plastic, glass, bronze,etc. whereas with the plasma table you are limited to cutting just metal. Another reason for upgrading the equipment is turn around time. We are able to speed up the turnaround time which enables us to take on more work. The Plasma Table's intense heat leads to a lot of messy clean-up and slag, but the Waterjet offers an efficient solution. By utilizing a chiller to keep its temperature between 50-60 degrees, slag is no longer an issue, and cleanup is greatly reduced. The waterjet also allows for more accurate, precise cutting than the Plasma Table.
